Most Six Fountains stands fall away from the street. Working with the slope rather than against it gives every floor a different relationship to the garden — entrance courtyard above, living below, primary suite cantilevered toward the view. The studio's preferred move here is three terraces, each earning its place in the daily life of the family.

Six Fountains has clear guidelines on roof material, screen walls, and landscape edge. Skydouny's palette here tends toward dark steel, stone, and warm-grey plaster — materials that hold up against the estate's mature trees rather than competing with them. The body of a home reads as a series of horizontal volumes; the verticals are deliberately quiet.
